Arizer Go SRT Review — The Middle Ground in the Arizer Lineup

I’ve used Arizer portables for about 15 years, and the Go SRT might be the most complete one they’ve built.

It’s not their most powerful — the Solo 3 still wins that. And it’s not their smallest either. But it hits the sweet spot between power and portability better than anything else in their lineup, and the new dosing capsule system makes it genuinely practical for life on the go.

At $255 it’s their most expensive portable, but this is also the most complete portable package they’ve put together.

Great taste, with more punch

Arizer spent years making essentially the same vape in different bodies. Then the Solo 3 arrived and gave us what we’d asked for — bigger bowls and a stronger heater for serious punch.

The Go SRT lands somewhere in the middle. It has real punch, but it keeps more of that slower, flavorful Arizer session style than the Solo 3 did.

Lower temps stay tasty for a long time. Turn it up and it gets much punchier, but roast shows up sooner. Overall the balance between flavor and strength feels really good.

Airflow is average — more open than older Arizer vapes and roughly on par with the Solo 3. I used the included 14mm water pipe adapter on my bubbler and sessions were great, especially for an Arizer. It wasn’t a full open bong rip, but I didn’t feel like I had to work for it either.

Heat‑up time is fast. It hit 390°F in about 20–23 seconds in every test I ran. That’s fast enough to customize some of the sessions for on‑demand use.

New controls

Keep the manual nearby the first time you use this. I referenced it three times, even though I’ve used all their earlier portables.

The Go SRT uses three preset session profiles instead of adjusting temperature freely during a session. Each profile gets its own temperature and session length. You set them up beforehand and switch between them on the fly. It’s a different approach to session control, and worth the try.

I set up my profiles to step up from 360°F to 390°F to 428°F across three five‑minute sessions — basically how I already vape.

And get this — the Go SRT is the first Arizer portable with vibration feedback. I’ve been asking for that for years, and it deserves a shout out.

Quick tip: turn off the lock screen right away in the settings. You’ll never need it again.

Arizer dosing capsules!

If you like dosing capsules, the Go SRT has an exclusive glass system they call “shells”. They’re glass bowls with silicone caps on each end so you can handle them safely when they’re hot, and they don’t work with other Arizer portables.

They’re a little more fiddly than other capsule systems, but the vapor is tasty. If you’re into capsules purely for convenience, these might disappoint.

The shells hit a little lighter than the standard stem, but it wasn’t noticeable until I tested for it directly.

The SRT comes with one shell in the box. If you want more, they offer a 10‑pack case, and a pod that holds six that can fill directly from the Arizer Herb Mill.

10 sessions per charge

Battery life was good for a vape this powerful. I got ten sessions from a single charge.

Fast charging over USB‑C added 20% in about 15 minutes, and a full charge took about two hours.

Pocketable, but noticeable

The Go SRT fits in a pocket, but you’ll know it’s there. It’s a little over 4 inches tall and weighs half a pound.

When I brought the 10‑shell case along, I needed two pockets. But I definitely appreciated the change in routine, because loading stems on the go can suck.

The glass stems are recessed inside the vape instead of exposed and vulnerable. What little bit of glass that does stick out is protected by a thick silicone cap.

Bottom Line

When I first got the SRT, I was stoked in the hope that it would replace my Solo 3 with a better form factor. But in the end, the Solo 3 hits harder, has longer battery life, and is still the top beast.

But for most Arizer users, the Go SRT is probably the better fit. It’s noticeably stronger than anything older in their lineup, still portable, and the capsule system makes it practical in a way other Arizer vapes never have been.
